To remain flexible the company allows a 72 hour window prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation or no-show fee. We last minute changes, the timing prevents the practitioner to reach out an offer the time slot opportunity to a client on the waitlist and allow enough commute time to make the time offered. The company values your scheduled time and strives to deliver excellent results on for your treatment. Please call directly if you have a conflict in your schedule.
